ABOUT US

Pathways Community Mental Health Authority, known as Pathways, is an independent authority of county government serving residents of Alger, Delta, Luce, and Marquette counties. As a four county agency, Pathways supports adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), adults with serious mental illness, and children with serious emotional disturbance (SED), with the goal of helping individuals thrive in their communities through inclusion, independence, and productivity.

 

Pathways provides a full array of mental health services, including outpatient care such as individual therapy and psychotropic intervention, along with community based supports, in home supports, employment supports, and other services that promote independent living. Services are available to individuals of all ages.

 

Pathways has received Mental Health America's Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for four consecutive years, achieving Platinum level status in 2024, 2025, and 2026. The Bell Seal recognizes organizations that demonstrate exemplary practices in employee mental health and wellbeing
